“After being jerked around by another company for 5 months, I called around trying to find someone who could fix my sewer line. Some of the leads I had been giving could not get to it, but one of them referred me to Northwest Plumbing… And I am so glad that they did! They were quick to set up an appointment to come look at it, and when they did, it turned out that they said the repair was going to be over $7,500 less than I had been quoted by two other companies! In fact, they said that some of the stuff the other companies said needed replacing actually did not. At the appointment, they were very considerate and attentive and let me see the camera and explain to me exactly what I was seeing and what was wrong, and what needs to be done to fix it. They got back to me with an estimate that afternoon, and immediately scheduled me for repair only a week later. The guys came out and we’re done with the repair that day. 2 days later, the inspector inspected the job and they came back out and covered it up and finished. They also seated it and put hay on top of it. It was a very neat job, and while no repair like that is going to leave your property in perfect condition, it looks good. If I ever have another problem, I am definitely going to call them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. They are honest, reasonably priced, quick, efficient, and courteous.”
